Achievements

• Company incorporated in 1984 and built the first fully automatic process controlled Carburising plant with fully indigenous technology in India in 1985 at m/s. Hindustan Hardy Spicer Ltd., which is giving them consistent repetitive results for last two decade.
• Introduced the concept of direct methanol feeding instead of costly endo gas system by simple maintenance free, cost effective and easy to operate installation in continuous furnaces.
• Introduced the concept of continous process for austenitising in companies, which were using batch type furnaces.
• Set up plants for carbon restoration with accurate carbon percentage control to match the base material in investment casting companies.
• Entered export market in 2000.
• Built the biggest carburising furnace plant in India with a diameter of 2000 mm, height of 2000 mm and longest carborising 4500 mm depth installed with complete indigenous know-how.
• Installed Continuous furnaces for small items like hairpin, clips, circlips and sheet metal components.
• Has record of 100% sucess in over 350 installations in India and abroad. The company is now in process of installing the largest nitriding furnace of 2000 mm effective diameter. The company has the reputation of bagging repetitive orders from esteemed clients and more than 60% of the business is with the blessings of these customers who for past two decade, showed faith in the company by awarding repetitive contracts of various types of plants.
